About the Speakers:
Chloe Fletcher is an Associate Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Finance in Manchester. Chloe has worked across the corporate finance landscape, from venture capital fundraising to IPO preparation across a variety of sectors and deal sizes. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Chloe spent over a decade in the Big 4, and also spent a year in the Investor Relations team at £2bn revenue online retailer The Very Group working on a number of strategic projects which has gleaned a unique perspective and skillset in addition to her advisory experience.

Alex Bodie has worked for a number of high profile finance providers across a variety of asset finance and commercial banking roles over the last 22 years. He joined Together in 2019 and now heads its social housing channel, launched in 2021. Specialising in providing vital funding lines to both registered providers, social landlords and care providers covering both general needs and supported housing. He has passion for social housing and understands the issues faced by housing providers in the sector such as how to create inclusive communities and deliver homes that transform people’s lives today, whilst meeting the needs of the future.
Erin is a member of the North West Corporate Finance Team and has worked on a wide variety of transaction support and business advisory engagements, working with a range of business types, sectors and sizes.
Erin has a wealth of expertise in serving a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurial, private equity backed and privately owned businesses. As a Director in our Manchester office, she provides a range of due diligence services such as vendor due diligence, vendor assist, buy-side due diligence and associated services.
Erin has a commitment to ‘future-proofing’ businesses by offering early-stage advice that empowers clients to make informed decisions and realize their long-term aspirations. She is spearheading the strategic implementation of Saffery’s pre-transaction offerings, including bespoke advice, vendor due diligence, and vendor assistance services.
