The journey of any business owner isn’t simple; it's generally overcomplicated. During this event, we'll take you through what you need to know in terms of setting up, scaling, and getting your business to where it needs to go.

As any business grows and develops, there are a number of pitfalls: whether it's obtaining investment, setting up articles of association, bringing on co-founders and directors, or deciding whether to issue shares to those going on the journey with you.

We’ll explore how and when to deploy these things, ensuring that you utilise the tools that help you move forward, including the most important tool of all - your team.
