Gregg Pendlington | Partner - Dow Schofield Watts

Gregg has specialised in corporate finance since 2003, specifically guiding businesses and their stakeholders through typically complex financial transactions including company sales, acquisitions, management buy outs and raising finance. Catriona Lang | Partner, Transaction Services | Dow Schofield Watts

Catriona was recently named Changemaker of the Year for her contributions to the North West advisory industry during her 21 years of experience in due diligence. She has worked with numerous mid-market private equity clients, corporate clients and debt funders and has considerable experience across a variety of deal types and industries, with particular specialisms in the insurance, healthcare, IT Managed Services and several FCA-regulated industries, including asset management and debt management.

 

Phil Tarimo | Partner - Dow Schofield Watts

Phil is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and former senior banker with over 30 years of extensive corporate finance, lending and debt advisory experience gained at PwC, KPMG and Deloitte, as well as in leveraged finance (RBS, Investec, CYBG), including the setting up of RBS’s Corporate & Structured Finance business in 2002 and Deloitte’s UK Debt Advisory business in 2005.

Liam has been an insolvency professional since 2008 and has experience working on large-scale cases across all sectors, in particular manufacturing, real estate and construction. Liam is AAT qualified and holds the ICAEW Certificate of Insolvency. During his career he has advised on all aspects of corporate Insolvency, including CVL’s, MVL’s, CVA’s, administrations, LPA receiverships, fixed charge receiverships and court enforcement receiverships.
