International Women's Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, celebrated on March 8th.

This year's theme is "Accelerate Action", emphasising the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality.

At the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity, according to data from the World Economic Forum.

Join us for an event dedicated to actively accelerating gender equality in the workplace and championing women in leadership roles. Our expert panel will share their personal experiences with gender inequality and their journeys towards advancing equality. From the recruitment process to career development, through to navigating challenges with balancing childcare and women's health, both leaders and allies will gain valuable insights and actionable ideas to build a more inclusive workplace.
