Hi, I’m Callum Wingfield! I’m a 17-year-old college student with a passion for all things creative. I’m fortunate to channel that creativity into my role at the prestigious William James Recruitment, where I handle Graphic Design, supporting a dedicated team that drives success for an outstanding organisation.

2. Career highlight:

Well I haven’t had many considering my age but I feel like no matter what I accomplish, being apart of William James Recruitment is definitely one of them.

Friendly, Understanding and Determined.

4. What’s the best thing about pro-Manchester:

I’d definitely say how diverse they are, with members across a variety of sectors —Pro-Manchester offers a diverse, inclusive environment where businesses of all sizes can interact, collaborate, and grow.

5. What are your priorities for 2025:

My goal is to work hard, stay committed, and always go the extra mile. I want to push myself, take every opportunity, and have no regrets—knowing I gave my best to achieve my ambitions.

6. What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?

As a 17-year-old college student with a passion for creativity, I’m really excited about how Manchester is evolving. The £2 billion Old Trafford redevelopment is especially exciting, with plans for a 100,000-seat stadium that could create 92,000 jobs and bring a huge economic boost to the city. It’s also great to see projects like MediaCityUK’s expansion, the regeneration of Ancoats, and the transformation of Mayfield Park adding more energy to the city. The rise of tech, finance, and creative industries makes Manchester an even more exciting place to be, especially for young people looking to start their careers. It’s inspiring to witness the city grow into an even bigger hub of creativity and innovation.

Definitely Manchester Arndale. (because I’m a food lover😊)
