1.You are what you're seen to be – the importance of branding.

Think of your brand as the clothes your business wears. It's the gut feeling people get about you, the way you do business, and how customers connect with your story. While a brand is so much more than just a logo, those first glimpses? They're really important. A misstep here can ripple through your entire business, affecting everything from attracting dream customers and inspiring your team, to landing those game-changing opportunities.

For 18 years, Jo Scott has been steering the ship at Truth Creative, helping organisations of all sizes, across the globe, build brands that truly resonate. In this dynamic session, bring your brand challenges and pain points to the table. Get ready for sharp insights, lightning-fast feedback, and actionable steps to give your brand the love and attention it deserves.

2. AI As Your Marketing Partner

AI is transforming marketing by enabling businesses to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. In this session, Peter Dickinson will explore how AI-powered tools can streamline content creation, automate data analysis, enhance customer engagement, and optimize marketing campaigns. Whether it’s generating high-quality copy, predicting customer behaviour, or personalizing outreach at scale, AI is reshaping how marketers operate. This session will begin with a concise briefing on key AI applications in marketing, followed by an open discussion where you can ask questions and explore practical use cases. Discover how to harness AI to improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making in marketing.

We'll walk through identifying your ideal customer profile, structuring a campaign to attract, engage and nurture prospects, creating the right offer, selecting the right channels, designing conversion-optimised assets, and implementing tracking systems that prove ROI.

Bring your specific challenges or questions about a lead gen campaign you’re working on right now and we can workshop real solutions together.

6. Business Coaching & Advice with Gemma Blades & Lee Curtis

IP law Q&A session for creatives

Intellectual property law for creatives can be minefield. How do protect your work at reasonable cost? How do you stop others exploiting your creative efforts? How do avoid falling foul of the IP rights of others in your creative efforts? And now we have the rise of artificial intelligence potentially enhancing your creative efforts but also enabling others to copy your works.

This session will be a Q&A session on IP law. Come with your IP law questions which may have bothered you for months, if not years and hopefully they will be answered. If nothing more discuss your IP issues and how to tackle them.
