Shaping the Future of Retail

Jacqui is RSM’s national head of consumer markets and retail. As Chair for ICAEW’s retail community and an active member of British Fashion Council’s patron group, Jacqui is well versed in the ever-evolving retail landscape. This, coupled with her experience of working with retail businesses of all shapes and sizes, means she has a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that retailers face.​ Jacqui’s passion for retail goes beyond the office. She is a retailer herself, and her womenswear store was shortlisted in the Best New Retailer category of the Drapers Independents Awards.​ Alongside her industry role, Jacqui is an audit partner and having qualified with RSM, has been with the firm for 20 years.

Jordan is a seasoned transformation leader and retail industry expert, specialising in the design and delivery of AI and Data & Analytics programmes for major national and global retailers. Jordan helps retailers navigate market trends and complexity, utilising insight from Deloitte research, to build credible transformation strategies to modernise, transform and innovate their approach to data, including embracing AI and GenAI solutions, and integrating and embedding them into the fabric of the organisation.
