The Parker Review has brought critical attention to racial diversity, while McKinsey’s efforts have championed gender equality. However, there remains a notable gap in addressing the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in professional environments. That is why we are launching a comprehensive survey of career development experiences – to help drive change.
