Sturgeon Compliance Services is focused on Governance, Risk, Compliance and Business Solutions, including Sturgeon Talent C-Suite search mandates for our clients and the underlying portfolio companies of some of our managers.

Sturgeon Compliance Services was set up in April 2011 by its founder Seonaid Mackenzie, to service Sturgeon Ventures its sister company as well as spin outs from “the Regulatory Incubator” which started in 2001. Sturgeon Ventures itself started in 1998 as a single-family office for an American Family. Over the last decade non-incubated firms have approached us to be their advisor based on fabulous word of mouth recommendations regarding our pragmatic solutions.
