What began as a niche project focused on women in finance, evolved into a celebrated platform for sharing positive stories about many of the exceptional women encountered by SF Recruitment. The Inspiring Women programme reflects the company’s commitment to giving back to the community in a non-commercial capacity and has become a powerful medium for spreading uplifting news about women’s accomplishments, and providing inspiration and motivation to a wider audience.

SF Recruitment’s Leadership and Gender Equality

As a female-led business, SF Recruitment – under the leadership of CEO Saira Demmer – has made significant strides in promoting gender equality within its own ranks. Saira has been instrumental in reducing the company’s gender pay gap to 0%, a notable achievement in an era and industry where gender disparity in pay remains prevalent.

The business also introduced flexible working arrangements in 2020, which have been particularly beneficial in myriad ways, but especially in supporting women returning to work after maternity leave enabling and supporting career progression and development.
