About the Speakers:
Caroline has almost 20 years’ experience working with corporate organizations, both in the UK and internationally. As part of a dedicated team of wellness experts, she specializes in running corporate retreats that help professionals relax, refocus, and recharge.
With a strong background in mental and physical resilience, Caroline brings a unique mix of personal experience, neuroscience, and positive psychology to her workshops and retreats, helping people make meaningful and lasting changes.
She’s qualified in a range of psychometric assessments which she uses on retreats to help people improve their self-awareness and set powerful goals.
Wayne Bennett is a Founder and Director of Made4Tech Global, a technology recruitment consultancy specialising in recruiting professionals within the Technology, Business Change & Transformation markets. Worked in recruitment for nearly 30 years, his experience in the industry encompasses, Marketing, Finance and Technology (23 years) discipline.
Recruiting within the Technology space, Wayne has witnessed the change within the industry, encouraging him to advocate for female and diverse leadership and advise businesses on effective inclusion strategies in his role. Wayne has worked with organisations ranging from major corporates, SMEs, and technology-led start-ups, giving him exposure to placing professionals in positions ranging from senior management to “hands on” technical roles.
Paul has spent over 3 decades in Senior Technology roles, currently Product Owner for “Enterprise Messaging” which Powers a 5th of the world financial transactions each day.
Paul is the “Belonging and Inclusion” Lead for BNY Manchester.. Also won the yearly “Culture carrier” 2023.
Outside of work Paul runs on of the Andy’s Man club’s (Men’s Mental Health Charity ) which helps men talk and open up about their Storms.
Paul also challenges himself each year and won 3 Civic awards for AMC, plus has 50,000 followers and heading for 150K streams on Spotify as the artist “Paul in the Short5”.
