The University of Salford’s School of Health and Society is hosting a special showcase that will give leaders in health and social care the opportunity to discover how apprenticeships can strengthen and upskill your teams.
- Date: Thursday 29 August
- Time: 12:30-16:00
- Location: Frederick Road Campus, University of Salford
Attendees will enjoy a light lunch and have the chance to explore the current and new degree apprenticeships on offer in Nursing, Allied and Public Health, meet the School of Health and Society’s senior leadership team and tour the University’s unique facilities, including the simulation suite and radiography clinic.
Apprenticeships offer an alternative route to a university degree, enabling workers to learn valuable skills from experienced professionals and progress in their careers without accruing any student debt. The University’s apprentices and employers are supported throughout by a small but dedicated team and, once complete, the results speak for themselves: 76% of employers say that training existing employees through apprenticeships improves staff retention.
Don’t miss the University’s upcoming Showcase and discover how investing in apprenticeships will help upskill, retain and empower your team.
