About the Speakers:

Dr. Katie Hilton Founder - The Lifestyle Health Clinic

Dr. Katie Hilton, a women’s health specialist GP is the co-founder and Medical Director of The Lifestyle Health Clinic – a private women’s health clinic, providing a space for women to feel valued and heard.

With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, she is a passionate advocate for women’s health. Dr Katie is committed to empowering women with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate the complexities of menopause and perimenopause.

Through her dual interest in women’s health and lifestyle medicine she provides personalised guidance and support for women. Her expertise includes educating women about nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health strategies tailored to their specific needs, in addition to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal treatment options.

As a mother to three young boys, she understands the complexities and challenges that busy working parents face in balancing work and home life. This firsthand experience of managing a family and a career provides her with unique insights into the demands and pressures that come with parenting and professional responsibilities.

She believes in the power of education and community support, encouraging women to share their experiences and learn from one another, particularly around hormone health. She has supported many organisations to facilitate women’s wellbeing in the workplace.

Through her work she is helping women take back control of their health and wellbeing, supporting them to feel the best, healthiest version of themselves, whatever stage they are at.
