Hey there, I’m Sarah Louise, the founder behind revolutionising Food & Drink Gifting at IMP & MAKER. With a passion for exceptional food and drink gifting experiences, I’ve dedicated my career to curating and delivering impeccable food and drink gifting experiences to doorsteps and businesses across the UK.

Career Highlight: Among the numerous milestones that mark my entrepreneurial journey, one stands out as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence: the string of accolades garnered by IMP & MAKER have been nothing short of exceptional, and I’m so proud of our team. From being featured in Grazia’s Best Christmas Dinners Delivered to Your Home to clinching The Daily Mail’s acclaimed Best Staycation Luxury Food Hamper, and securing the No.1 spot twice according to The Good Housekeeping Institute, our brand has consistently surpassed expectations. What makes these achievements truly remarkable is not just the recognition itself but the fact that we’ve triumphed over industry giants like Fortnum & Mason, Daylesford, and M&S, reaffirming our dedication to delivering the finest and most luxurious products to our cherished customers.

What I Love About IMP & MAKER:

At IMP & MAKER, we craft experiences that transcend mere products. We’re not just delivering food and drink gifts; we’re creating moments to cherish. Whether it’s sourcing the finest produce to make mouthwatering food and drink gifts or designing personalised cards and packaging to enhance your gift, every detail is super important to us!

Priorities for 2024:

Looking ahead, my focus remains on expanding our reach, enhancing our offerings, and staying ahead of the curve in Modern Food & Drink Gifting. We will keep investing in the latest products and technology to personalise our food and drink gifts with our customers brands and to keep making our gifts better and better. We are always looking for more corporate clients to work with on employee rewards, office gifts, client gifts and event gestures and so our Corporate Gifting options are a huge area of focus to continually improve our offer and service.

Community Engagement:

Beyond business, I’m deeply involved in initiatives that are now close to my heart. I’m Chair of the Greater Lincolnshire Food Board supporting our food and farming communities through changes in innovation and legislation and helping leverage their voices in central government. I’m also a Farm Africa Charity Ambassador and committee member supporting female farmers in Africa through fundraising, visiting Africa and organising events to raise vital funds. Closer to home I’m a Star Trust Charity Board Member raising vital funds with a passionate group of charitable entrepreneurs to support various charities in need across the east Midlands. I’m dedicated to making a positive impact that really makes tangible differences to people’s lives as I believe this sets a great example to my children and colleagues as well as to the people directly benefiting. Leading by example is crucial.

Favourite Meeting Place:

Choosing a favourite meeting spot is tough, but I have to say the best meeting I had this year was at Sexy Fish in Manchester, the food, drinks and service were exceptional, and this formed the perfect setting for a very lucrative corporate meeting on food and drink gifts for a big organisation!
