Myerson Solicitors advise Affetto Foods as restaurant Domus Italia (previously known as Casa Italia) expands to Altrincham
Altrincham law firm, Myerson Solicitors LLP, have advised Affetto Foods on the lease assignment of 84-86 Stamford New Road, the property formerly occupied by tapas restaurant Evuna. The property will now be home to the south Manchester based Italian restaurant and deli, Domus Italia.
With three successful branches in Wilmslow, Didsbury and Chorlton Affetto Foods will be expanding their prosperous business to the heart of Altrincham and will be providing a range of delicious food and wine imported straight from Italy. All branches of Casa Italia will now be known as Domus Italia.
The restaurant is set to open its doors in the early summer, with renovation works having already started.
Andrea D’Avanzo, owner of Affetto Foods alongside Fabrizio Velardi, commented: “We are thrilled be to be opening a new Domus Italia! Many of our customers in our existing shops are from Altrincham and surrounding areas so when the opportunity came to open in such a fantastic location we just couldn’t resist.”
