Member Spotlight: Emma-Louise Fusari, Founder – In-House Health

Hi my name is Emma-Louise and I’m the Founder of In-House Health. A nurse by trade I am helping organisations reduce the risk of work-related ill health through implementing clinically led, evidence based and data-informed solutions.

Career highlight: It’s got to be winning Innovator of the Year at Computing’s Women in Tech Excellence Awards. I was up against women from large enterprises like Lloyds, NatWest, Amazon, BT and Transport for London, so to win was incredible recognition that what I’m building is changing the status quo of the corporate wellbeing sector.

Name three words that describe your personality: Authentic, determined, trustworthy

What’s the best thing about pro-manchester?Apart from the fabulous team, it’s being involved in the committees (pro healthcare and pro wellbeing champions) and delivering informative and engaging content and events to the membership (who are also lovely) and wider business community.

What are your priorities for 2024? To find more organisations that want to be early adopters of our innovative and impact driven work place health and wellbeing solutions.

What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment? Sitting between tech and life science, Manchester is blessed with an incredible support network in these areas. However, one of the most important things going on is the Making Manchester Fairer Programme, that has been set up to ensure that as we thrive as a city, everyone is given the opportunity to thrive.

Favourite meeting place in Manchester: It’s got to be Bonded Warehouse, where I work!
