The Resilience Retreat’s own Coach, Kerry, will take you through a session that will help you better understand, and supercharge your own mindset to gain you more happiness AND better performance.
Part Three: Soothe Your Nervous System
What better way to end the session than with some soothing breathwork, seated yoga and sound therapy led by Ainsley, the Co-Founder of the Resilience Retreat.

About the Speakers:
Caroline has almost 20 years’ experience working with corporate organizations, both in the UK and internationally. As part of a dedicated team of wellness experts, she specializes in running corporate retreats that help professionals relax, refocus, and recharge.
With a strong background in mental and physical resilience, Caroline brings a unique mix of personal experience, neuroscience, and positive psychology to her workshops and retreats, helping people make meaningful and lasting changes.
She’s qualified in a range of psychometric assessments which she uses on retreats to help people improve their self-awareness and set powerful goals.
Kerry has 30 years+ of business experience in executive, tech, sales and marketing positions. She is a fully certified Co-active coach and ‘PCC’ accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Coaching was a natural choice for Kerry, as someone who has is so engaging and passionate about people. Her strengths have always been encouraging others, building their confidence, and helping them take steps towards what they really want. She cares deeply about empowering people and seeing them flourish.
Ainsley is a Yoga & Pilates studio owner and is passionate about delivering wellness in the workplace and schools. She has 14 years of experience teaching vulnerable and neurodiverse students in schools; this experience gives her a unique and sought after approach when delivering wellness within the workplace. Her sessions are accessible, relaxing and enjoyable for all. She combines her expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork and Sound Therapy to create experiences that soothe the nervous system & equip people with a toolkit to reduce stress and optimise their wellness.
