David Fraser Founder & Managing Director - Ready10 Media

David is founder of Ready10, the award-winning consumer agency and PR Week Small Consultancy of the Year 2023 whose clients include McDonald’s, MARS Wrigley, Sky and the First Bus. In 2024, following the success of Ready10, David formed Ready Media Group, which now houses two other agencies, Klaxonn and Work & Class.

Ready Media is a strong example of an employer working hard on representation and inclusion. Whilst Comms has traditionally been a majority-female industry, women have often found it difficult to progress to management positions. In its latest pay gap report, PR Week found that Ready Media has no pay gaps across either gender or ethnicity and that a third of staff are from an ethnic minority background. David heads up the Management Board at Ready Media Group which is 80% female, with the next level of management below that 77% female.
