Half Day Workshop (in person)

A 3hr session designed to bring everyone together at the start of the year via coaching, group exercises, problem solving and vision planning. This really is the gold standard of goal setting coaching, with delegates walking away with a personalised plan they have created for themselves on their goals and the process to achieve success in 2024!

1.5hr Session (online or in-person)

Short on time or maybe looking for a remote option? This 90 min session is guaranteed to get the goal setting ideas flowing whilst keeping your team engaged and present (we all know how tough that can be online!)

With a presentation style format, this session brings in group/break out room work, as well as thought provoking individual questions to ensure your team has the opportunity to set clear, obtainable goals and ensure success in 2024!

Both workshops include worksheets (e-worksheets) and supporting resources to ensure a clear and concise vision and plan for 2024!
