The Institute for Financial Wellbeing (IFW) is delighted to announce that WorkLife has joined as the latest Partner Member.

It combines regulated financial advice and market-leading benefits with low cost and transparent fees, allowing SMEs to reward their employees with the same great perks as those traditionally only enjoyed by employees at larger companies. The platform enables companies to take an holistic approach to employee wellbeing, making sure they are covered across all the financial, mental, social, physical and environmental aspects of their life.
Launched in 2019, the IFW has been supported by Aegon UK who became the Founding Partner Member and has continued to support the IFW as have Parmenion Capital Partners who have also provided support since the inception of the Institute (formerly the Initiative for Financial Wellbeing).
Benchmark Capital became the third Partner Member to join in 2022.
Partner members benefit from a bespoke membership package whereby they can proactively get involved in developing new financial wellbeing tools and products, fund and engage with research project as well as benefiting from increased marketing opportunities.
The IFW was founded by Chris Budd who wrote the original book on Financial Wellbeing ‘Creating Financial Peace of Mind’ and is due to publish his second book on the subject later this year. The organisation was formally announced as an Institute in 2022.
Nick Marsh, CEO of the IFW said “We are delighted that WorkLife has chosen to partner with the IFW in recognition of our developing work within the Workplace Wellbeing space.
Sharing similar values, we look forward to working closely with WorkLife and benefiting more and more employees in all areas of their wellbeing.”
Paul Chedzey, Commercial Director of WorkLife said: “We think the financial aspect needs to be at the heart of employee benefits, as it can impact other areas of an employee’s wellbeing.
Employers are in a unique position to be the ones providing the tools and products that can help staff to make better financial decisions. That’s why we’re thrilled to be teaming up with IFW to bring together in one place practical and hands-on support for employees which will empower them to take control of their finances and to get the most from their money – through learning, coaching, and advice.”
