Starting in September 2023, the Senior People Professional PgDip Apprenticeship will teach employees the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to drive the strategic role of HR in your organisation and develop their ability to operate as successful senior people leaders. The programme enables you to invest in your workforce and support the development of future senior people professionals in a variety of roles, including:
- Human Resource Director
- People Director
- Head of HR
- Senior HR Business Partner / HR Business Partner
- Senior HR Manager / HR Manager
