I’ve been lucky to be part of a lot of amazing organisations over the years. But I’ll never forget the time when I began to experience stress in the workplace.

I loved my job there, and I loved the people who worked there—but after a while, things started getting stressful. I felt like every day was just another uphill battle, and it seemed like no matter how hard I tried, nothing ever got easier. Then one day, everything changed. The stress became too much for me to handle, and I had to take some time off to recover.

What did I do? I resigned from my position and took time out to research stress and burnout in the workplace. I also met with Julie Blinkho, who too had experienced burnout and was as passionate as I was about making a difference. Together we created Business Health Institute.

At Business Health Institute we use real-time analytics to identify both people and leaders who are experiencing excessive levels of stress or burnout so that they can be supported before it becomes too late!

We work with organisations to maximise their profits and productivity by ensuring their people have the energy and motivation to achieve the organisational objectives.

Making the invisible, visible.

Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed? We can help! Let’s talk about the ways we can help you get back on track.
