pro-manchester has partnered with Together in collaboration for their Sustainability Week, an exciting programme that will raise awareness on how businesses can begin their sustainability journey. At this seminar, attendees will learn what the main elements that need to be considered when building a sustainable strategy to your business and ensuring that the strategy is relevant to your business. We will discuss what external measurements we can align to and provide great examples of how this has been embedded.

About the Speakers:
Kevin joined Together in 2010 as Interim HR Director and was appointed Director of Human Resources in 2011. Between 2000 and 2009, Kevin served as Group HR Director of the CPP Group, overseeing employees in Asia, Europe, North and South America. Prior to joining Together, Kevin was the founder and director of KGA People Solutions Ltd. Kevin holds a post graduate diploma and is a fellow of the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development. He has a passion for helping people to be the best they can be and creating a diverse and inclusive workplace at Together. He has been involved since the start in shaping Together’s Sustainability strategy with a particular focus on two stakeholder groups, our colleague and our communities.
Emily is a Director in Deloitte’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) assurance team. She has a wealth of audit and assurance experience and specialises in non-financial corporate reporting and independent assurance over sustainability data, information and controls. Emily’s team is at the forefront of the everchanging sustainability reporting landscape, and work with some of the largest UK and global clients, across sectors, to improve their sustainability reporting.
Paul has worked at together for over 11 years in a variety of different roles. Mid way through 2022 a role came up to join the Sustainability team, Paul jumped at the opportunity and has not looked back since. As the Senior Sustainability Officer Paul is leading the drive to embed the sustainability strategy at Together and is ensuring positive progress is made against the ambitious targets Together has set.
