All Equals Charter – How to Create a Diverse, Inclusive & Equal Workplace

We believe that having a diverse, inclusive and equal workplace should be at the top of every business’ agenda. It’s so important that every member of staff feels safe and empowered to be themselves so that they can reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. The All Equals charter is a programme developed and created by Manchester to help businesses and organisations understand, recognise and challenge any form of discrimination in the workplace. The charter aims to make the workplace inclusive, diverse and equal for everyone, including those who experience multiple marginalisations.

Delivered by Manchester Pride’s Inclusivity Development Manager, Dr. Christopher Owen, Charter members have access to expert knowledge to develop and adapt everything from policies and procedures, to workplace culture, to education offered to their workforce.
