TLT wins Law Firm of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards

TLT has taken away top prize at last week’s Manchester Legal Awards and been awarded Law Firm of the Year. Now in its 13^th edition, the Manchester Legal Awards recognise and celebrate the top legal talent in the region. TLT’s team in Manchester was recognised for its outstanding commitment to delivering excellence for clients and completing some of the most significant deals in the UK last year. The firm was also singled out for its dedication to creating a people-first culture where employees have the space and support to produce their best work. This was evidenced through a number of initiatives including launching a fully flexible approach to work, and championing progressive mental health and wellbeing schemes that have resulted in overwhelming positive engagement rates from the team.
