Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has maintained The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) endorsement, for the tenth year in a row.
CQS is a national quality standard for residential conveyancing practices that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority across the UK.
The scheme requires practices to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain CQS status.
Kuits’ Residential Property department has been successful once again in achieving the certification, which now recognises a decade of the team’s best practice in conveyancing and client service.
Duncan McGregor, Joint Head of Residential Property at Kuits, said: “It’s fantastic to have our team recognised for its efforts again by achieving the CQS accreditation. It reassures our clients that they have chosen a residential conveyancing partner with the expertise needed to provide a first-class, quality service.
“For the majority of people, buying and selling their home is one of the most important transactions that they will make in their lives, and achieving this accreditation, for the tenth year in a row, reflects our commitment to ensuring our clients fully understand the conveyancing process from start to finish.”
