Kuits advises Salboy on £20million residential development sites

Manchester commercial Law firm Kuits has advised North West based property development financier Salboy Limited on the acquisition of numerous residential development sites across the country, as part of its Salboy Build Partner product.
Salboy Build Partner provides a unique funding and development model, where they collaborate with private individuals and companies to purchase land and deliver successful housing sites. To date Salboy has helped deliver 2,400 new homes.
Over the last 12 months Kuits’ Residential Development Team, led by Partner Adam Hymes has advised on multiple site acquisitions totalling £20million. This has included sites in Chester, Derbyshire, North Yorkshire, St Albans, Salisbury, the Cotswolds and Ipswich.
At the same time Kuits’ CQS accredited Conveyancing team, led by Partners Anthony Hardy and Duncan McGregor has also advised Salboy on plot sales at numerous sites.
