‘Central Chat: Now we’re talking with…’, the third series of Manchester Central’s pioneering podcast, launched this week.
As events return and the industry gets back to business, this brand-new series will focus on the unrivalled experience of live events.
Last year, the venue recorded a run of episodes for series two that focused on understanding how event professionals and local partners continued to do business during a global pandemic.
This time around, Manchester Central will speak to guests about how it feels to once again plan, attend and experience the buzz of an in-person event again and any learnings they have for other event professionals.
Shaun Hinds, CEO at Manchester Central, said:
“We’re really excited to launch the next series of our podcast and delve into some really interesting conversations about how events of the future will take shape.
As the industry goes from strength to strength, we can’t wait to chat to some exciting guests about getting back to business, with the hope of sharing knowledge and insights that will provide advice and support to event professionals who are planning their next big event.”
In the first episode of the season, host Samantha Pike-Devlin speaks to Jack Thompson – Technical Director at Manchester International Festival – one of the first events held at Manchester Central since reopening again in July this year.
The podcast is available to listen to on centralchat.buzzsprout.com or on Spotify, Apple and all other podcast providers.
