Overcoming the barriers of launching a new product or service this short fully funded practical programme will equip you with the tools to:

• analyse your existing portfolio and identify opportunities from both customer and product perspectives
• help you in ‘defining the problem you solve’ and making sure your offer for existing or new customers is clear
• understand which business model provides the best opportunity in exploiting your idea, explore ‘routes to market’ and understand effective operational processes.
• develop actionable next steps in commercialising your offer
