A year on from the onset of the pandemic business confidence moved sharply into positive territory in Q1 lifted by the news of the vaccine roll-out. However, the way we work has changed forever; so what will this mean for business confidence and what will the impact be on the major cities and towns in the North West.

Aligned with the release of this data, our collaborative flagship North West Business Confidence Briefing: Changing Cities takes place on Friday 11 June. Our panel of expert speakers will provide an overview of business confidence and the impact on the major cities in the North West.

Event Information:

Expert speakers will explore ICAEW’s latest BCM data and add their own viewpoints to the conversation to create a lively and informative debate about the North West economy and how this can move forward to be stronger than ever.

The panel discussion will be chaired by Iain Wright FCA, Director for Business and Industrial Strategy, ICAEW. The session will begin with an overview of ICAEW’s latest research findings on business confidence levels at a regional and national level followed by panellists insight and a live Q&A.
