Our special guest is Alex Staniforth ,Co-founder and Director of Mind over Mountains, a charity that helps people restore their mental health naturally through life-changing therapeutic outdoor experiences will be opening the event.
Alex is a remarkable young man in what he has achieved personally but also in how he helps other people. We are very honoured to have Alex opening our event.
Our guest speaker is Lisa Ellis – Senior Associate , The Oakridge Centre. Lisa has been a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor since 2018 and is an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Personal and Development, amongst numerous other accomplishments.
Lisa will be looking at
• Signs and Symptoms of Stress;
• The Stress Container Tool; and
• Coping Strategies.
