This webinar is aimed at providing delegates with an introduction to The International Stock Exchange (TISE), which has been established since 1998 and today is home to more than 3,000 listed securities with a total market value of more than £400 billion. This includes equity and debt securities issued by organisations ranging from global household brands through to UK corporates and including many private equity-owned and family-owned structures, SME trading companies and REIT and property structures.

About the Speakers:
Carolyn Gelling, Chartered FCSI, Chartered Wealth Manager, Dip (IoD) – Carolyn is Head of Isle of Man Office for The International Stock Exchange Group. With over 20 years of financial services industry experience, Carolyn is a technical investment manager by training whose career to date has encompassed asset management, investment analysis, investment operations, before progressing into corporate governance and business and strategic development, for private clients and their structures, institutional clients, funds and investment businesses in both the UK and international business jurisdictions and for whom she has held board positions. Carolyn also has a wealth of experience of small business establishment and ‘scale up’ businesses.
She is a past Chairman of the Isle of Man Wealth & Fund Services Association and currently serves as a Committee Member of the Isle of Man Branch of the Institute of Directors, the Isle of Man Branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce Finance & Professional Services Committee.
