Bruntwood Works Launches All inclusive Solution

Workspace and leisure provider Bruntwood Works has launched a new product, All Inclusive, for businesses looking to secure a high-quality dedicated workspace on a simple, fixed-cost agreement within a matter of days.

The model blends the features typical to a serviced office but allows businesses to tailor spaces to suit their specific needs and identity.

“The concept started to develop after a conversation with some of our customers at the Cotton Exchange in Liverpool. We created something that responded to their needs and after its success we’ve been able to establish it as a new solution. All Inclusive gives businesses a level of optionality that’s not typically available under a serviced-office model but still retains the fixed-cost element that will give them certainty at a time when managing their cash flow is mission critical.”

All Inclusive combines rent, service charge, insurance and electricity into a single cost that remains fixed throughout a business’ agreement.

It is the latest product to be launched by Bruntwood Works as it continues to innovate and support its customers across Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Leeds, and Birmingham following the pandemic.
