Kuits strengthens private client offering with new partner hire

Manchester law firm Kuits has strengthened its private client offering with the hire of partner Elaine Roche into its tax and estate planning team.
Experienced in working alongside families to structure their business and personal affairs, Elaine has over 15 years’ experience of advising on wills and tax structuring, joining the firm from JMW.
Elaine also has significant expertise in relation to trust and estate administration, charity creation and registration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Additionally, she is a board director of Solicitors for the Elderly, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
