Keen to stay up to date with legal issues affecting your clients?
Event details
We are delighted to launch our national private client conferences, taking place at three venues across England in March 2020. The conferences are free to attend and you should be able to self-certify CPD points for attending.
At the outset of each conference, a team of our most experienced private client lawyers will guide you through a fictional case study of a family affected by an array of interesting, contemporary private client issues including separation and divorce, domicile, alternative family structures, surrogacy, deputyship and statutory wills; to name just a few. There will then be the chance for you to explore the issues in depth in our interactive sessions, and the opportunity to network over lunch and post-conference drinks.
The Clarke Willmott private client team of over 120 lawyers specialises in all legal matters concerning individuals’ wealth, family, inheritance, capacity, tax and death, meaning we are able to handle any issues that may affect you or your clients now and in the future.
