Clarke Willmott assists on two nursery sales

Solicitors Clarke Willmott LLP in Manchester has advised on the sale of two Cheshire day nurseries to Kids Planet day nurseries group.

Rainbow Nursery with operations in Middlewich, and Haslington, near Crewe, was established by experienced childcare operators Paul and Alison Sumner in 1999.

Helen Wong MBE, partner in Clarke Willmott’s corporate team, assisted by solicitor Sarah Bennett closed the deal in a only three months.

The acquisition takes Kids Planet to 40 settings in the North West and the Midlands, providing care to more than 5000 children.
