CMS advises leading games company on merger with James Galt & Co

International law firm CMS has advised JumboDiset Group, the leading European puzzles and games company, on its merger with British toy company, James Galt & Co ltd (“Galt”). The combination creates a significant industry powerhouse with an expansive international footprint and market leading product innovations.

JumboDiset Group is a strong toy and nursery company that manufactures and sells games, puzzles, toys and learning and nursery products in over 50 countries worldwide. Its main offices are based in Zaandam, The Netherlands and Barcelona, Spain with sales offices in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Nordic and the UK – each selling to its own market. The collaboration blends Galt’s broad games and toys portfolio with JumboDiset’s catalogue of strong international and award-winning brands including the UK’s number one puzzle brands such as Wasgij and Falcon.
