Clarke Wilmott assists on dental practice deal

Specialist dental solicitors Clarke Willmott LLP in Manchester have completed on the sale of Country Park Dental Practice Limited to Clacton Dental Care Limited.

The Colchester-based surgery was established in 1999 by dentists, Dr Amir Shabahang and Ms Nadereh Arabshahi.

Country Park Dental Practice offers general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, amalgam removal, restorative dentistry and orthodontic treatment for children and adults.

The practice was sold for an undisclosed sum.

Helen Wong of Clarke Willmott acted on behalf of the Vendor and Gemma Mintram of Knights Plc acted on behalf of the Buyer. Steve Darbon for Christie & Co brokered the sale.

Clacton Dental Care Limited is part of the Dental Care Group who operate a total of 20 practices located in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Northampton.
